hi guys!!!!!

Pictures: New Companion, New Places and Saying bye to comps in Rosario
Whewwww! Well let me tell you its gonna be fun! We started this week getting to know every body and so we were met with alot of warm smiles in
the ward that we are serving in. it is so much different here
(Nuevo Culiacan) than in Rosario were there is nobody and here we have a ward of like 80 people active. The area isn't that big but it is right smack dab in the middle of Culiacan the city so we don't have bikes and we gotta walk along the windiest, hilliest streets and sidewalks you have ever seen in your life! I am not joking it is so funny how chaotic with all these one way streets, conjunctions of 5 streets in one, and don't get me started on the buses here. the bus drivers are all lunatics lets just say because these buses are pretty big right but they are going around these hair pin turns at like 40 mph and jolt to a stop so fast and go up a hill and then down a hill so fast. And then in the night they are all decorated with string lights on the outside and on the inside they have like black lights or colored lighting and have music blasting, its just crazy.
Also here is were a lot of the narco trafficking happens and recently El Chapo a world famous drug trafficker was captured and dont know if you heard but he was the number one wanted person in the world for a while and they found him in Mazatlan like an hour from Rosario and like two hours from where i am at now.
Well also here i feel a little more normal since we have a bishop and full organizations and everything we had back home so i am excited for that and i am hoping the work flourishes here a lot. there were sister missionaries in this ward for like 5 or 6 years and so E. Rasmussen and i are breaking the trend right now so we will see how it goes. I kinda like it here.
This morning we played football like 8 of us and that was refreshing to excersize like that after awhile of going solo.
Oh and about the photos and all that, that would be great. Also i am still waiting for my packages and i will let you know when they get here. I am more hopeful now that i am right here in the city with the mission offices so that my packages can get here more efficiently. Oh i would love a family photo of all of us that is more recent if you could send me that that would be great.
OH its also pretty funny that Elder Rasmussen and i are both pretty tall and so when we go to peoples houses its always like "oh we heard that there were two tall white gringos coming here". And for that they are always giving us a bunch of food like we eat a lot or something....well we do eat a lot
oh I had a really nice experience yesterday when we were going to go back to the house but realized that we had forgotten a person in our plans so we turned around and the meimbro was home with her 2 sisters and we found out that she really likes to sing and actually sang in the stake choir for for stake conference yesterday and we had a good time talking about church choir and how i remember mom taking me all the time and how good it was. Then we got to give a blessing to one of her sisters that is pretty old and visiting from chihauha for awhile and isn't a member and it was great to hear her sister that was a member explain what a blessing is and the faith she had in this blessing and how she was looking out for her sister. It was really tender and sweet. And after that they gave us corn and oranges and guayaba and it was just all in all pretty amazing.
I really miss you guys alot and hope all is well with the fam.
well see ya next week guys
love you all a ton
