Well I got my new companion another Elder Hernandez and we are getting along very well. He is from Guatemala ,5 feet 1 inch and 23 years old. He is
quite the missionary and we are quite the combo. i foresee a bright future with him and we are totally overturning this branch right now to get it rolling and i am really excited to see some results with him. Sorry I can't write much but just know that I am doing really well, I am learning more and more of this wonderfully true Gospel and enjoying Mexico. Adios everyone.
Wow Luke that is so awesome that your team won first place in the tournament and right now i am really missing basketball because my district leader wont let me play. How good is your team and do you get alot of playing time? How many points do you score in a game and have you been practicing bball alot? How is cello going and everything.
Jacob that was great to here from you and that basketball is going okay and just hang in there and keep practicing. Oh and that is amazing that you are loving piano. KEEP IT UP!! don't know if you have heard but i have to play the piano for sacrament meeting every week and no one knows how to play in the branch so i do and only with my right hand and i feel so embarrassed that 6 years of piano i am only playing right handed and that how so much better it would be with both. Develop this talent as much as you can and I can't believe i am saying this but practice piano more than bball because it is something life long. Here in mexico i can't play bball but piano is in high demand. Also our primary pres. told us that she thinks of her baptism as very beautiful and special because an elder played the violin so beautifully and you could do that too to your converts on your mission so maybe try practicing the hymns arranged so beautifully so you can have a few memorized for your mission. oh and practice juggling too.
